A URL is simply your domain plus some other gibberish at times. By default as you can see it adds ?p=123. But what I would encourage you to do is change it to a custom structure and use this format to make it your posting title. So for example if you decided to write a post about "earn money blogging" instead of looking like /?p=123. Your blog post URL is set up right and that will allow it to be picked up on the search engines.
